SCOW MARORO HIGH AND DRY

(Special to THE SUN.) HASTINGS, To-day. THE auxiliary scow Maroro, which went ashore on Blackhead Reef last Monday, was thrown tip high and dry during a storm, just missing the reef. She was quite undamaged, and it is expected that in a day or two it will be possible to put her on rollers, and get her back to sea.
