BROTHER OF QUEEN MARY PRIVATE CEREMONY By Cable.—Press Association. — Copyright. Reed. 11.30 a.m. RUGBY, Wed. The funeral of the late Marquess of Cambridge, the Queen’s brother, will take place- at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor, on Saturday, and will be private in character. Only the members of the Royal Family, relatives, and a few intimate friends will attend. The King and Queen will return from Sandringham on Friday afternoon and go to Windsor for the funeral on Saturday. During the service, the pathway within the precincts of Windsor Castle will be lined by Life Guards, the dead soldier’s old regiment. As the Marquess held the official position of Governor, the relatives and a few of the military knights of Windsor will attend the funeral service in their quaint uniform. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel Royal, St. James’s Palace, London, at the same hour. —A. and N.Z.
