Broadway, at 7.30 p.m.. viz.: “That the Newmarket Borough Council doth hereby, by Special Resolution, intended to operate as a Special Order, make a By-law to be known hereafter as By-law' No. s: The object and purport of the said By-law is as follows: — 1. To extend and amend By-law No. 1. 2. To revise and extend the interpretation of the words “Vehicle” and “Tenement Building.” in By-law No. 1. 3. To extend the “Tnner Area,” as defined in By-law No. 1. 4.
