MYSTERIOUS STATION LOCATED Press Association. PALMERSTON N., To-day. The identity of the Russian broadcasting station which for three months has been puzzling short-wave set owners in the Dominion, was ' established last night by Mr. W. A. Waters, assisted by a Russian resident. The station is located at Khabarovsk and is controlled by the Soviet.
