COMMUNITY CARS
NEW LYNN PROTESTS | ANOTHER TEST CASE The law governing oommunity cars was declared unfair by the New Lynn Town Board last evening. This expression of opinion emanated from a request by a representative of those interested in community cars, Mr. A. Carter, for the board’s view of the question.
Mr. Carter pointed out that the community cars had been classed as omnibuses, but the City Council had refused to license them as such. It was the owner’s intention to seek redress in yet another Supreme Court action.
