WOMEN MOTORISTS PLUNGE OVER BANK
ONE OCCUPANT SENT TO HOSPITAL (From Our Own Correspondent) TAIHAPE, To-day. A serious motoring accident occurred on the Hou Hou Road, Rata, on Tuesday morning, when car, occupied by Mrs. S. Gibbs, her baby and Mrs. I. Gibbs, left the road and capsized over an embankment. Mrs. S. Gibbs and her baby escaped with a sever shaking, while Mrs. 1 Gibbs received a painful injury to her hip and suffered badly from shock. She was medically attended to by Dr. Mitchell and removed to her home at Bulls. but later ordered to the Wanganui Hospital, where she remains seriously ill.
