MARKET QUIET TARANAKI OILS AT 8/6 Business on the 'Change is quiet. Banks are idle. New Zealand Insurances were done at 39s this morning. Coals continue strong in tone, with a healthy inquiry for most shares. In miscellaneous Auckland Amusements were done at 16s 6d and the market remains firm around that figure. Taranaki Oils continue to improve. Mining is quiet and practically idle. Government Bonds and Stocks are well supported on a firm market.
