HUNGARY GRATEFUL. —The Hungarian Minister of Finance, Dr. John Bud, is on a visit to England to express his country’s appreciation of the practical interest which, through her financiers, Britain had displayed in the restoration of Hungary’s economic condition. He said he had not come to London to negotiate a loan. —British Official Wireless. SIR -R. HORNE TO TOUR.—The "Daily Mail” says Sir Robert Horne. M.P., will go to Australia in November on a business trip and to improve his knowledge of the Dominions. This latter he considers essential for members of Parliament. —Sun. BRITAIN AND GERMANY.—At the equest of the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Sir Austen Chamberain, the Secretary of State for India, the Earl of Birkenhead, who had reached home after a tour of Germany, returned to that country on Friday in order to give an address on the interparliamentary relations of Britain and Germany.—British Official AVireles.
