Bromley, agency supervisor for New Zealand of the Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society, Ltd., is staying at the Grand Hotel. Mr. V. N. Hubble, who was recently made a partner in the firm of Meredith and Paterson, Crown Prosecutors, today conducted his first cases on behalf of the Crown. Mr. V. R. Meredith, Crown Prosecutor, is at present, in Captain N. S. Pearson who has been attached to the Indian Army for the last 12 years, and is now on the special reserve, is a through passenger on the \orangi. He intends to visit the L’nited States. Mr. H. R. Burton, of Sydney, president of the Federated Master Bakers’ Association of Australia and New Zealand, who arrived by the Aorangi yesterday, is staying with his sister. Mrs. H. Radcliffe, of Carlton Gore Road. Mr. Torence Cunningham, of Kohimarama, is leaving by the Maheno on Friday for Sydney, on his way to London, where he will study for the bar.
