i BALL of muscle and a ball of consistency is the handsome little Logan Pointer horse Jewel Pointer, and once again he fully demonstrated his popularity with the trotting-loving public. He stands up to **acirg in great style and that he thrives on it is proved by the fact that he does better each time up. On the opening day at Alexandra Park Jack Shaw secured fourth berth in the Spring Handicap and took out third prize in the mile. On Wednesday he again got the small end of the two-mile stake, but was second in the ten furlongs. returning a useful price. Owner Moodabe collected 245 sovereigns as the resuit of Jewel Pointer’s consistency.
