STRUCK BY MOTOR

A middle-aged man. Mr. TVilliam John Rodgers, of Waiohua Street. Ellersiie, was seriously injured through being knocked down by a motor-van in Great South Road last evening. Mr. Rodgers, who is a widower, aged 65 A was admitted to the Auckland Hospital suffering from head injuries. His condition was stated this morning to be serious.
