THAMES GOLF
SEASON CLOSED (From Our Own Correspondent} THAMES, To-day. The Thames Golf Club concluded its season yesterday. Mr. E. J. Clendon, president, stated that the wet season militated against serious golf, causing little enthusiasm among the players. Other clubs in the district had suffered in the same way. The club finances were in a good position. The receipts totalled £146 9s 4d, and left a credit of £3 2s lid to carry forward. The following prizes were presented: Ladies’ Champion.—Mrs. H. R. Bush. Silver medal, Mrs. H. R. Bush; bronze medal, Mrs. W. Price; monthly medal round, Mrs. W. Price; five medals, Airs. Bush two, Aliss Cameron two, Mrs. Poulgrain 1; rose bowl, Airs. Bush; Aliss Daldy’s trophy, Aliss Boles; Airs. Price’s trophy, Airs. Bush; Airs. J. Adams’s trophy. Airs. Bush; Airs. W. Price’s trophy, Aliss Cameron; Airs. W. Watson’s trophy, Airs. C. Poulgrain; Aliss Maxted’s trophy, Airs. W. Price; ladies’ putting, Airs. E. J. Clendon. Alen’s Senior Champion.—E. J. Clendon. Junior.—W. B. Teasdale.
President’s Cup.—L. Griffin. Aledal rounds. V. Boles and R. Scott riving competition, A. J. Shepherd andicap medal round, R. L. Dodd.
