THREE CHINESE FINED Four Chinese, who remained in New Zealand longer than the time allowed in their temporary immigration permits, were picked up by the police yesterday. They were charged at the Police Court to-day, and Fong Sin and Kwong Tin Tan were each fined £ 10, and Fong Quan £5. Lowe Tun, a boy, was remanded until next Tuesday.
