TE KUITI HOSPITAL
OBJECTION TO CHARGES (From Our Own Correspondent) TE KUITI, To-day. The position of Te Kuiti Hospital was discussed by the Waitomo County Council at its last meeting. Objection was raised to the charging of higher fees at Te Kuiti than in Hamilton, and the following resolution was carried: "That strong representation be made to the Waikato Hospital Board for this district to be placed on the same footing in respect to charges to hospital patients as enjoyed by residents of Hamilton." A protest will also be forwarded to the Minister of Health.
