TRAINING N.Z. AIRMEN TEN CADETS WANTED Ten cadet-pilots for the Territorial Air Force are required by the Defence Department. For fhe successful applicants, who must be between the ages of 18 and 23, a long course of training from November 21 to March 3 for two successive years will lead to pilots' commissions. Another condition is that candidates must serve for eight year in the force not less than five years be on the active list. Trainees will have three weeks’ holiday at Christmas time and will be paid 5s a day with an aditional flying allowance of another ss. Temporary illness or disability will be compensated under the Workers’ Compensation Act and any permanent disability that may be incurred during service will be subject to the War Pensions Act.
