COMMUNIST LARKIN By Cable. —Press Associati^*'-.—Copyright LONDON, Saturday. The “Daily Herald" says that in consequence of the receipt of counsel’s opinion, based upon the Electoral Act, 1923. the Speaker of the Dail, Professor Michael Hayes, has decided not to allow the Communist, Jim Larkin, to take his seat, on the ground that he is an undischarged bankrupt.
