Damages Claim Succeeds.— The claim of Joseph < ■ Tonics, of Wellington, against the Black and White Cabs Ltd., in respect of damage to stock following the flooding of his premises by rain-water after defendants had raised the level of a right-of-way and built J i hrirk cvall proved successful.
