SUPPLEMENTARY SALE Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Thuaday. A supplementary wool sale was h«34 yesterday at Messrs. Pyne, GooM. Gutoness, Ltd.’s land sale rooms. There w*i a comparatively small bench of buyers. The sale was a good one, the standard of prices showing a slight hardening <d values at the preceding sale. Only occasional lots were passed. The top price for crutchings was llyt for four bales of Greenhills wool G«4 crutchings made from that price down t® 11 id, and seconds from 7Jd to lit Locks made up to Sid. A few fleece lots were forward. T»« bales of halfbred hogget sold at «l|d,ai« seven bales of Taruna Corriedale atJW to 21 id. Four bales of Alaska bruj halfbred sold at 21 id, other odd lots selling at 20d.
