DUNEDIN TO BUILD NEW DAM AT WAIPORI
ELECTRICAL DEVELOPMENT

An important step in the future development of Waipori, Dunedin s source of electrical energy, was taken by the City Council yesterday, when it was unanimously decided to build a new dam on the Waipori River, at an estimated cost of £226,225. The height of the dam will be liu feet.
