MUNICIPAL CONCERT

TOWN HALL, SATURDAY The Municipal Band the series of concerts in the Town Hal. on Saturdav evening next. The band will piay, among other items Ere Coates’s miniature overture. “The Merrymakers,” the Finale to 'lsohai-kowskj-’s Fourth Symphony four fresh numbers from Delibes’s bullet 'Coppe'lia,” an entirely new selection from “Merrie England.” and many other charming numbers. Miss Alma M* - Gruer and Miss Beryl Smith will contribute a series of vocal solos and duets, with Mrs. Ripley at the piano Seats can be booked at Levis R. Kady and Son, Ltd.. Queen Street.

Cameron gave us another pleasant character study. Mr. Cairns, Mr Sheldrick, Mr. Lockhart and Mr. Sand*' made their parts stand out agreeably. Miss Seaton was charmingly regal in her period frock. Once more the simple settings ;tnd charming period clothes demand pleasant recognition. Mr. Bradshaw Major's incidental music was most tastefully arranged. This ev«?ning “A Midsummer Night's Dream 5 will be presented.
