Donation for Salvation Army.—A proposal that the Auckland Harbour Board, in view of its responsibilities to all sections of the community, reduce from £25 to 10 guineas its annual donation to the Salvation Army, met with opposition at the board's meeting yesterday. After discussion it was decided 1 that 25 guineas be again given.
