LOLLIES FOR LITTLE BOYS Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. It has been reported to the police that an attempt was to poison two small boys who live in Stevens Street, Linwood, last Wednesday. One boy, aged five years, is still in hospital and is seriously ill. The other, three.years of age, has recovered. Thei * story is that while playing in the street a strange man gave them lollies in a paper bag and after eating these they became ill, showing symptoms of poisoning. The police are investigating.
