AN INTERESTING SPEAKER Dr. Margaret Steel Moss, assistantdirector of the Child Welfare Department, Pennsylvania, U.S.A., who was a passenger from Vancouver by the Aorangi yesterday, is meeting with the social welfare council of the Y.W.C.A. this evening at the association's rooms and will speak informally to the group. Miss Moss has six months’ leave., and during that time will study child welfare work in New Zealand, Australia, the Philippines and Japan.
