]ITR. A. G. MABEE and his merry men are to be warmly congratulated for the promptness with which they issued the acceptances for the Auckland Trotting fixture. The acceptances closed at 5 p.m. sharp, and almost immediately “Abaydos” received the complete list from the obliging staff. Within ten minutes THE SUN was on the street and light-harness enthusiasts were eagerly scanning the lists.
