THE MORRINSVILLE CRICKET CLUB
GOOD YEAR’S RECORD
At the annual meeting of the Morrinsville Cricket Club the report stated that the club had had a very successful season. Only one match was lost, and the club won the premiership of the Piako Association. The balance sheet’showed a small debit. The election of officers resulted: Patron, Mr. S. S. Allen; president, the Rev. J. H. Stornes; vice-presidents, Messrs. R. C. Allen, W. R. Lowry, G. Howie and D. D. Dendy; delegates to Piako Association, Messrs. -A. M. Humphries and P. S. Philpott; committee, Messrs. W. J. Aitken, J. A. Jones and Banks; captain, Mr. A. M. Humphries; vice-captain, Mr. W. J. Aitken; secretary and treasurer, Mr. W. McPherson.
