DRUNKARD IN HARBOUR QEORGE GRANT, aged 34, was rescued from the harbour yesterday. At the Police Court to-day he was charged with being helplessly drunk. Sergeant Calwell said that accused had either jumped or fallen into the water. He was in a bad state through his drinking bout, and required medical attention. Grant wa.s remanded for a week.
