CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE Mr. Laing, agricultural inspector of the Wanganui Education Board, who judged the floral section of the Plunket Society’s bulb show on. .Friday, has sent a letter, to Mrs. X. Lynch, secretary, in which he says: “The Plunket Society’s 1927 bulb show effort is easily the best, both from quality and quantity points of view, and I feel that the society is doing an excellent work in providing an interest in daffodil culture and horticulture generally, in your district.”
