In the matter of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” “The Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926,” and Amendments and Regulations made thereunder respectively. The Body Corporate of the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Mount Eden, known as the Mount Eden Borough Council, hereby give notice in terms of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” that they propose to engage in the following undertaking and being unable to provide the necessary funds for the work out of the ordinary revenue of the Mount Eden Borough Council, they propose to raise a Special Loan of £IOO,OOO for the following purpose:— (a) For the construction of Permanent Drainage and Sewerage Works within the Borough and for the payment of the Council’s proportion of the cost of works beyond the Borough which are required to provide an outfall.
