EPSOM CROQUET CLUB

NEW SEASON’S ACTIVITIES At the annual meeting of the Epsom , Croquet Club, presided over by Mr. Blakey, it was reported that the club had a very good year. In the interclub pennant, Epsom was only beaten by a very small margin. The club is requiring a few croquet players to make up the new season’s quota. The opening day will be October 22. in conjunction with the bowling club. The lawns will be specially prepared this year for fast play, and a smooth - running surface, and everything augurs well for a very successful year under the presidency of Mrs. Hamblin.
