K. Hunt, S.M. The appellant was A. W. Thomas, who was convicted and lined £2 ancL. costs by Mr. Hunt. The question had also come before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., who declined to differ from Mr. Hunt. The appeal was brought on the grounds that there w«ls no evidence to justify a conviction. * In allo wing the appeal without costs, his Honour held that the appellant had dismantled in a reasonable manner and did not; attempt to avoid payment of fees.
