CHIDREN MANAGE THEIR OWN CHURCH

ENGLISH VICAR'S PLAN Bit Cab’c. —Press Association.—Copyright LONDON, Saturday. At Bournemouth the Rev. E. Moor, the vicar of St. Michael’s Church, has inaugurated a children's church to replace the Sunday School, in which children provide the church wardens, the sidesmen, the readers of the lessons, the organist and choir. They will later on elect a children’s council to allocate the collections and for other business. Mr. Moor says that in this way the children will be trained in the responsibilities of church membership.—A. and N.Z.
