WELLINGTON SUPPLIES THE LATEST METHODS rrcss Association. WELLINGTON, Friday. The Wellington City Council has decided to send Mr. R. E. Herron, manager of the milk department, to America and Great Britain to inquire into the latest ideas and plant for the treatment of milk and factory lay-cut.
