SHELL WRECKS HOUSE. —A terrible explosion at Vichy, France, due to a Gin shell, 'wrecked the house of .General Boischut, the military governor of Strasburg, killing the general's chauffeur. How the shell came to be in the house is a mystery. The explo - sion started a fire, which burned the house down. —A. and N.Z.
