CONDUCTOR APPOINTED At a management committee meeting of the Papatoetce Town Band, held last night, Mr. C. De Clifton was appointed bandmaster, the appointment to take effect from October 10. Mr. De Clifton has had considerable experience in Australia, being in charge of three military bands, including the Duntroon Military. _ -
