COLLISION IN WELLINGTON

DAMAGES AWARDED Press Association. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Judgment for the plaintiff for £34. with costs, was given by Mr. W. Riddell, S.M., to-day in the case of Winter Linfsraan against the British Imperial Oil Company in respect of a collision between his motor-car and one driven by an employee of defendants. The magistrate said defendant 3 car had swerv ed and had given plaintiff no opportunity to avoid a collision.
