Before half-time arrived Sharp and Robertson again scored and the visitors turned over with a lead of’ four goals to two. Kerepeehi then commenced a bombardment of Waihl’s goal, from which Shilton scored Kerepeehi’s third goal and the same player made Roberts put two more shots over the bar. Roberts again put a long drive by Garrett over the bar and Craig narrowly missed scoring by a header from the corner. Waihi made few raids this half and was only dangerous once when Callender cleared from a tight corner. The Kerepeehi team played well individually, but require more combination. Mr. Bally, of Thames, was referee and had good control of the game.
