RUGBY UNION AFFAIRS IN THE THAMES
(From Our Own Correspondent) THAMES, Tuesday. At a meeting of the Thames Rugby Union last evening arrangements were finalised for the following games with Auckland teams next Saturday: Parnell v. Thames B, High School ground, 3 p.m.; Grafton Juniors v. Thames Juniors, High School ground, 1.40 p.m The third grade final between High School and Physical Train - ing will be played at Farawai. The Thames representative team to play Mercury Bay at Mercury Bay has been selected as follows: —Fullback. C. Cameron; threequarters. F. Moran, B. Harrison. R. Donnelly; five-eighths. A. Morrissey. T. Dufty; halfback. C. Grub; rover, E. Kelly; forwards, W. Pollock. G. Pollock. J. Strange, H. Ensor. M. Phillips, A. Lomas. R. Smith. Emergencies: D. Edwards, T. Henderson and P. Trebilcock.
