The airplanes will he used on the Cape Verde-Fernando Noronha route, and the conveyance of passengers may subsequently be authorised. The company must provide repair and rescue stations throughout the route. It is also stipulated that the airplanes must either be equipped with wireless, which can be used after a forced descent, or must be provided with carrier pigeons. Letters which now take 25 days to reach Buenos Aires from France, should be delivered in eight days by the new service.—Times.
