TWO CYCLISTS MEET ONE LEFT UNCONSCIOUS (From Our Oicn Coneavondent.t THAMES, To-day. Police invesigations have disclosed that the young man, Isaacs, who was found on the side of the road near Matatoki on Saturday evening suffering from a fractured skull, was riding his bicycle without a light, and collided with another cyclist, also without a light. The other cyclist dragged the injured man to the side of the road and then made off. The man’s identity is believed to be known to the police. Isaacs’s condition is most satisfactory.
