NEW ZEALAND MAY HAVE SEAT AMONG NATIONS

By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Reed. 9.5 a.m. LONDON, Monday. QIR JAMES PARR, High Commisisioner for New Zealand, on his return from the League of Nations Assembly at Geneva, said that the election of Canada, with the support of the other Dominions, to the League of Nations Council, could be interpreted as an indication that she would represent not only Canada, but all of the Dominions. It was in this belief that the other Dominions supported her election. Australia and New Zealand would no doubt, in the future, occupy their seats in turn. —A. and N.Z.
