T’pHE Riga correspondent of the “Daily News” says that Soviet guards on the Russo-Poiish border, mistaking in the fog a Soviet plane for a foreigner, shelled and brought it down. The pilot was seriously injured. The officer of the guards was arrested.—Sun.
