Paul, who drove Golden Grattan to victory at Cambridge, has made a start on the four-year-old Australianbred Don Wildman, who was purchased about three years ago by Mr. J. Teasdale. Don Wildman is by the crack Aussie sire, Don Pronto, from Wild Duck, therefore full-brother to the freelegcjed champion Don Wild and Stroller. J. Edwards, is attending to the preparation of Appeal, who showed such fine form at the Auckland wirter fixture, and the aged Ghoai gelding Mut j, and G. Pollard is endeavouring to bring Peter Tracey, who has been off the scene for two seasons, back to his best form. With so many pacers and trotters to do battle for them, Te Awamutu enthusiasts should have a profitable light-harness season.
