(gr) That the total liability in respect of claims arising out of any oca railway accident or disaster which results in the death within thirty (30) days of more than two persons shall not exceed the sum of £2,000; in any such event the said sum of two thcus&nd pounds (£2,000) will be paid pro rata. (h) That the total liability la respect of claims arising out of uiy one accident or disaster other than railway accidents which results in th; death within thirty days of more than two persons shall not exceed the sum of one thousand pounds (£1,000). In the event of such happening the said sure of one thousand pounds shall be paid pro rata. (i) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber is riding upon a luggage or pillion-carrier of a :i*cle or motor-bicycle. (j) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber is in a state of Intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs, insanity, war. riot, or civil commotion. (k) That in the event of any dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement rend*? the holder temporarily or totally able to follow his or her usual vocation, it is agreed that such dispute ihall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN* whose decision shall be binding upon the parties.
