The morning silver medal handicap (handicaps scr. to 20), was won by Mrs. K. Browne, whose score was 96—20, 76. Miss Lever was second with a score of 93—16, 77.

The bronze medal (handicaps 21 to 36) was won by Miss R. Cornaga (Auckland), with the brilliant score of 92—26, 66. Mrs. A. English (Hamilton), 96 —22, 74, was second.

Bogey handicaps played during the afternoon resulted: Silver division: Mrs. Noakes, 7 up; Mrs. Ferguson, 4 up; Mrs. Lever, 3 up.
