TF the Summer Time Bill passes -*• the Legislative Council? and there now appears no doubt that it will, the first Sunday in November will be one hour shorter and the first Sunday 'in March one hour shorter at 2 a.m. On November 6, clocks will be advanced one hour longer. At 2 a.m. on Novemthey will be put back one hour.
