REBUKE FOR HUNGARIAN HOPES FOR SETTLEMENT Reed. 1.10 a.m. GENEVA, Monday. A crowded gallery listened to the continued discussion of the Hungarian dispute. When it was evident that Count Apponyi did not intend to budge. Sir Austen Chamberlain intervened heatedly and rounded upon Hungary for unseemly wrangling between Count Apponyi and M. Titulesco, which continued throughout the afternoon without securing a settlement, the Council merely expressing the hope that the Hungarian and Rumanian Governments would find a settlement before the next meeting in December.
