OFFICIAL VISIT TO ROME (Bi'itish Official Wireless. — Copyright) RUCii-.i, Sunday. At the invitation of tile Governor of Rome the Lord Mayor of London, oir Rowland Blades, accompanied by his wife and daughters and two new sheriffs, will pay an official vis. to Rome on October 1. Lord Mayors in the past have officially visited Paris, and on one occasion a visit was paid by one holder of the office to Czecho-Slovakia, but tins will be the first time a civic party will have ever visited Rome.—A. and N.Z.
