Dr. O Peltier, won the 1,000 metres in 2miu 25 4-5 sec (a world's record), defeating Martin, the French champion. Lord Burghley won the 110 and 200 metres hurdles, beating respectively Berthier, France, in 15 l-ssec, and Alzar, France, in 24 3-ssec. OSLO, Sunday. A Norwegian, Anderson, won the 100 metres in 10 3-ssec. STOCKHOLM, Sunday. A Swede, Petterson. covered the 110 metres hurdles in 14 7-10sec —a world's record.—A. and N.Z.-Sun.
