A WAIHI ACCIDENT
KNOCKED DOWN BY CART (From Ozi»* Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, To-day. While crossing the road at the intersection of Kenny Street and Rostmont Road, Waihi, at aboui: 7 o’clock on Saturday night, Mr. Swett, a visitor to the town, was knocked down by a baker’s delivery van driven by Baden Powell Crocker. The unfortunate man. who was immediately conveyed to the Waihi Hospital in an unconscious condition, was found to be suffering from concussion.
