BULGARIAN MONARCH

BORIS VISITS ENGLAND STAY AT BALMORAL CASTLE (British Official Wireless. — Copyright) RUGBY, Saturday. King Boris of Bulgaria is visiting England incognito. Although his country was an enemy of Britain in the late war, he to-day laid a wreath on the grave of the British Unknown Soldier in Westminster Abbey. King Boris was accompanied by four members of the staff of the Bulgarian Legation. The King has been staying with Sir Alexander Kay Muir and Lady Muir at Blair Drummond, in Perthshire. Lady Muir was Miss Nadejda Standoff, and her father was a former Bulgarian Minister in London. His Majesty visited King George and Queen Mary at Balmoral Castle on Tuesday, and remained until yesterday, when he came to London. He travelled as an ordinary passenger on the night express from Aberdeen.—A. and N.Z.
